However, there’s one noticeable issue with the zip quality. The zipper tends to be a bit problematic when closing the bag, which can be frustrating and inconvenient. It would have been a much better design if the manufacturers had added a hook where the cover overlaps the zip area. This would allow users to grip it easily and close the zipper smoothly, addressing a significant flaw in the making process. Apart from this drawback, the bag is otherwise a good purchase for the price.

Bags are so much beautiful and great customer service ...i claimed my bag defect in warranty even after 3 months , customer service team really corporated with me and they made a new customized bag for me plus they sent 1 extra bag as compensation which really shocked me that stil this kind of excellent business exist who value customers not profit...i m totally satisfied and recommend this brand
