Product seems good, lets see how its quality is when delivered. But let me tell you honestly about their service and promptness. I had to travel and ordered this bag almost 1 month prior. For almost 3 weeks they literally played blind game no message or email except order confirmation. When I reached them out they had only one thing to say "we will deliver it as soon as possible". After 6 days, its gonna be month and still they are coming up with excuse that they will deliver this week though telling them the travelling condition. They are literally taking double of the time they claim to deliver and yet with peak non-professionalism. Two days before I received email for order being dispatched, but postex I'd still shows its just ready not dispatched... I mean seriously! Orders are being delivered maximum in week now a days and yet they said they deliver in 10 working days and its gonna be month. Zero transparency!!!
I ordered this bag and it turned out to be absolutely beautiful! I loved it so much — it’s even better than I expected. Everything about it is just perfect, truly a “wow” experience. The quality, design, and finishing are amazing. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended! 💖
