Amnakhan I just received my order and the bag has arrived in a burnt condition. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I paid for a new, undamaged product, not something that looks burnt, mishandled, and ruined. I wish i could post a picture with the review. I have already shared my detailed feedback in the DMs as well
