I accidentally received a defected bag and when I complained I was so surprised with their customer service, they sent me a gift bag as well , I don’t think a lot of Pakistani companies take care of their clients this way . Their loyalty and responsibility has made me their lifetime customer ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The capacity and quality of the bag are very good, but the zip of the bag is not stable, and the zip quality is zero.
