l ordered a bag from astore after my friends recommended it.. When I received the bag no doubt the quality
of bag was awesome but by mistake they sent me wrong color... So I called astore. The representative guided me very politely about the exchange procedure as I was astonished about his behavior because I know the representative of leading brands even become harsh about the exchange of item or some even don't exchange their items and block you.
But that guy told me each and every thing very politely. And then after 3 days I got my new bag with a awesome quality pouch in exchange
without delivery charges. I was
surprised to see the quality of product + great customer service♥️♥️♥️
